Problem Statement

Develop and supply turbomachinery sensor control module, harness and mobile apps for sale to the performance aftermarket.

Solution

• Use existing PE hardware and software architecture to develop watertight, Bluetooth enabled turbo control module and mobile apps.
• 2-way CAN bus and Bluetooth communication with external devices.
• Available I/O includes; 2x Speed Inputs, 2x 0-5V Sensor Inputs, 2x 0-5V Analog Outputs and PWM Digital Output.
• Firmware updates for the module available via the Cloud using the mobile app.
• Develop, release and support iOS and Android mobile applications on respective stores.
• Annual production of kits including module, and harness in branded boxes.
